As you, I am starting writing on shortcut commands of MS Word 2016. In my previous article, I talked about the All Shortcut Commands Of the Edit Menu. In today's article, I talked about the All Shortcut Commands Of View Menu.

What is View Menu

The View Menu in Microsoft Word is a very helpful menu for the user. With the help of this menu, we can see the final form of our prepared document or also see its complete formating. 

Also, We can check the print preview of the file with the help of the View Menu Which means how it will be printed on this page.

Shortcut Key Of View Menu

View Menu

Normal

With this command, you can view the file in normal position ie without margin, page number, etc

Alt+V+N

Print Layout

With this command, we can view the file with margins, page number, header, and footer. This means that we can check the print preview in the same way that our file is printed. The same will show the print preview in the same way.

Alt+V+P

Tool Bar

With this command, we can hide and show different bars.

Alt+V+T

Show Paragraph Marks

With this command, we can see the space marks of paragraphs and tabs, etc.

Alt+H+8

Rular Bar

To show and hide the scale within the paragraph.

Alt+W+R

Header And Footer

To address the header and footer on the top and bottom side of the page.

Alt+V+H

Full Screen

With this command, we can see the data on full screen.

Alt+V+U

Zoom

To increase or decrease the zoom size of the data type in the file.

Alt+V+Z
